- Dialectical Behaviour Therapy- Used for not only conflict resolution but it is also an approach that focuses on mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation and distress tolerance. This type of therapy can help you develop healthy ways to cope with stress, regulate your emotions, and improve your relationships.
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy- Encourages people to embrace thoughts and feelings with acceptance rather than guilt or shame to help you move forward in your life.
- Exposure Therapy- Can be used to help confront fears in a safe and controlled environment for Phobias, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder.
